Picked this hotel on a cost/location basis. We enjoyed our week long stay here and the location close to several metro stops made it the best choice for us to get to the sites we wanted to see using public transportation. The staff were all professional and helpful, answered all my questions that I had about the hotel and the local area. The hotel is geared toward the modern business traveler, WiFi worked GREAT, the twin room was the perfect size for us. Breakfast was fantastic, what a great spread, started our days off on a great note and even the gentlemen that cooked it were friendly when meeting them every morning. Thank you to all the staff that put up with my execrable French attempts. 9/10 I would stay at this hotel again.

The location is very close to Place de la Bastille with all the different restaurants. Close to the metro and in 15 minutes just in the centre of Paris. In the weekend a big market just outside the door. In walking distance of the Bastille Opera. Isabel, the receptioniste, was very friendly and helpful I give her a 10 !!! The room was ok with very good bed and even a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee cups There was even a private parking place for the car.

We were trying to get home when a tornado caused a train to knock out the electrical network (!!!) causing a collapse in the rail schedules. So 800 metres away was this gem of a hotel, modest, airconditioned, run by the friendliest, most hospitable staff I have ever encountered, with comfy beds, a good breakfast and hospitality that was exemplary. In a good neighbourhood too with good restaurants and a street market outside.

All the staff greeted us politely, were informative and helpful with anything we asked. They all speak English which was helpful for us. Our bed was comfortable queensize. Breakfast was good, offering many options to choose from. The hotel location was really good for us, easy to get to any tourist areas, yet easy to dine in more local restaurants.
